The green sign reads /Dogs on a leash/ and the blue sign reads /has been made possible with financing by the European Union (EOGFL)/. *EOGFL* is the abbreviation of /Europees Oriëntatie- en Garantiefonds voor de landbouw/, which means as much as the European Orientation and Guaranteefunds for Agriculture. It is a very good road for bikes, so I'd like to thank the EU for it :)
