A Customs car (/(Douane http://www.douane.nl)/ in Dutch) parked near the Eelde Airport. These sort of cars are mostly found near airports and the country border. Since we signed the (Schengen Agreement http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schengen_Agreement) one can move across the borders with Germany and Belgium without being checked, so they aren't that common around borders anymore.
