We've visited (Luzern http://www.luzern.org/) twice, once when it was a bit clouded, and once when it was raining cats and dogs. The inner city where we, tourists, walked around is not that big, but it houses some (very cool stuff http://wikitravel.org/en/Lucerne) like the Lion Monument and museums.
